Accounts Receivable Credit Manager

Call/email, internet customers to collect funds for retail orders for cash, check and credit card payments. Support Retail Sales team in mediating discrepancies in payments. Answer calls from customers. Support Charge Card billing area. Must be able to manage, organize and plan tasks with minimal direction and see that the work is completed on schedule.

  • Must possess excellent math skills and data entry skill; speed, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and motivate others
  • Capable of working comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform work efficiently and effectively under short notice.
  • Process all complaints from customers and processing companies in a timely manner.
  • Process deposits and add to spread sheets and make general ledger entries.
  • Process NSF checks and write-offs on a regular basis
  • Release orders and handle any other customer service concerns

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting or equivalency in education and experience.
Experience:1-2 year’s phone, clerical and computer experience required.
Skills/Competencies:Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Other Skills:Strong verbal and written communication.

Must have excellent teamwork skills and be able to communicate professionally with all staff members and customers.
